Our Commitment
USA Towing & Auto Center is committed to making our website usable by everyone — including people with disabilities. When you're stranded on the side of the road, the last thing you need is a website that gets in your way. This site is designed and tested to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).
Accessibility is not a one-time project for us. We review this site against the WCAG 2.2 AA standard quarterly and whenever we make significant changes to the site.
Measures We Have Taken
To support accessibility, this website has been built with the following measures:
- Semantic HTML — proper landmarks (header, navigation, main, footer), a logical heading structure, and meaningful link text so screen readers can navigate the page efficiently.
- Keyboard operability — every interactive element can be reached and activated with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator and a "skip to content" link on every page.
- Contrast-checked dark theme — every text and background color combination on our dark theme has been checked to meet or exceed the WCAG 2.2 AA contrast ratio of 4.5:1 for body text.
- Reduced-motion support — animations and transitions are disabled for visitors whose devices request reduced motion (prefers-reduced-motion).
- Screen-reader testing — pages are tested with screen-reader software and automated accessibility tooling, and decorative images and icons are hidden from assistive technology.
- Responsive, zoom-friendly layout — content reflows and remains usable at 200% zoom and on small screens.
Known Limitations
Despite our best efforts, some content may have accessibility limitations:
- Third-party content — content or services loaded from third parties (for example, web fonts, embedded maps, or review platforms we may add in the future) is not under our direct control and may not meet the same standard. Where we identify an issue with third-party content, we work to find an accessible alternative.
If you encounter anything on this site that does not work for you, we want to know about it so we can fix it.
