USA Towing & Auto Center runs a simple website. There are no contact forms, no accounts, no analytics, and no advertising trackers on this site. The only personal information we receive is what you give us when you call or text us at (559) 709-5444. We use it to dispatch a truck and run our business — and we do not sell it. What We Collect — and When
Browsing this website does not require you to give us any personal information, and the site itself does not collect any.
We only receive personal information when you contact us by phone or text message. That can include:
- Your phone number and the date and time of the call or text (standard phone records).
- What you tell us — typically your name, your location, and details about your vehicle so we can dispatch a truck and provide service.
- Service records — invoices and records of work we perform, which we keep for normal business, tax, and legal purposes.
We use this information only to provide towing, roadside assistance, and auto repair services, to bill for that work, and to keep the records the law requires us to keep.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies. There is no analytics software, no advertising pixels, and no tracking scripts. If we add any of these in the future, we will update this policy first.
Third-Party Services
This site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts. When your browser requests those font files from Google's servers, Google may receive and log your IP address as part of serving the request, like any web server does. Other than fonts, this site does not load third-party content.
California Privacy Rights (CCPA)
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA, as amended by the CPRA) gives you specific rights over your personal information. Here is how they apply to us:

USA Towing & Auto Center does not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA, and we have not done so in the preceding 12 months. We do not use your information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Because we do not sell or share personal information, we do not offer an opt-out — there is nothing to opt out of.
Your right to know and your right to delete
You have the right to ask us:
- What we have — the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, where it came from, and how we use it.
- To delete it — subject to exceptions the law allows (for example, records we must keep for tax, warranty, or legal reasons).
- To correct it — if information we hold about you is inaccurate.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights — your service and pricing stay the same either way.

Because we have no forms on this site, requests are handled the same way our business runs: by phone.
Tell us you are making a California privacy request. We will need to verify you are the person the records belong to — usually by confirming the phone number and service details on file — and we will respond within the timeframe the CCPA requires (generally 45 days). You may also designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf.
How We Protect and Keep Information
Phone and service records are kept only as long as we need them for business operations and legal requirements, and access is limited to the people who run the business. We do not store any customer information on this website.
Children's Privacy
Our services and website are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
Changes to This Policy
If we change how this site works — for example, by adding a contact form or analytics — we will update this policy and change the effective date at the top of this page. This policy is effective as of June 12, 2026.
